What counts? Every minute spent engaged with the world — other people, animals, ecosystems — is cooperative activity. The base rate is 1⊙ = 1 minute and that applies to most things. Specialist skills, rare expertise, or equipment loans can command a premium — but only if you choose to set one. A weekend loan of a generator does not have to cost 2,880⊙.
What doesn't count? Time spent as if no one else existed. 0⊙.
